Zeray REIT appoints Kıvanç Acar to replace resigning independent director
The board of directors of Zeray Gayrimenkul Yatırım Ortaklığı A.Ş. decided on 20/10/2026 by unanimous vote to appoint Kıvanç Acar in place of independent board member Ahmet Yiğit, who resigned. Acar was also assigned as Chair of the Audit Committee and as a member of the Early Detection of Risk Committee.
