Rising Steel plans to raise capital from TL 500 million to TL 1 billion
The Board of Directors of Yükselen Çelik A.Ş. has decided to increase the issued capital from 500,000,000 TL to 1,000,000,000 TL in cash. The existing partners' rights to new shares will be fully exercised, while Yüksel, Barış, Ferhan and Burak Göktürk have committed to purchase the non-saleable shares.
