SPK approves four lease certificate issuances of 3 billion TL, 2,5 billion TL, 2 billion TL and 1 billion TL for VAKIF VARLIK KIRALAMA

VAKIF VARLIK KIRALAMA A.S. announced that its application to the SPK within the issuance ceiling of 70 billion TL was approved on 27 August 2026. The SPK authorized the company to issue four separate tranches of lease certificates (lease certificate: an asset-based, interest-free debt instrument) to be sold to qualified investors domestically. The amounts to be issued are 3 billion TL, 2,5 billion TL, 2 billion TL and 1 billion TL, all with a maximum maturity of 185 days and of the type based on a management agreement.
