Three lawsuits have been filed against Mollakara mining licenses of Turkish Gold Enterprises
Turkish Golden Enterprises A.S., Mollakara Gold and Silver Mine Open January Operations Project announced that three cases have been filed in the Pain Management Court for the three mining business licenses (71039, 55411, 67219). Among the plaintiffs are the Pain Bar Presidency, the Human Rights Association (Ağrı Branch), Memet Hanifi Demir and Abdullah Yaşar, the General Directorate of Mining and Petroleum Works.
