Health Minister Memişoğlu outlines new patient and staff rights regulations at a symposium attended by physicians and judges
Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu spoke at the Medicine and Justice Symposium held on 17 October 2026. The minister said that since taking office, approximately 170 regulatory changes have been made, and that the Professional Responsibility Board is conducting investigation permission assessments related to medical practices. He also stated that preparations are continuing for a regulation that will bring patient and staff rights together under one roof.
