Health Minister Memişoğlu examines ultrasound production and pharmaceutical companies in South Korea
Health Minister Kemal Memişoğlu held meetings in South Korea on 20 October 2026. At Samsung Medison, he took part in local production talks for an ultrasound production facility planned to be established in Türkiye; the targeted localization rate is at least 71 percent. He also visited IFEZ and Celltrion, a biologic drug manufacturer, and assessed health technology and cooperation opportunities.
