New guidelines and data lists on market disruptive behaviour are published
The agency published a guide and two lists of data on market disruptive behaviour in the Official Gazette dated 20 October 2026. It was also reported that a Council Decision of 15 October 2026 had decided on the guide.
What does it mean?
A new guide on how to evaluate unfair profit-making behaviour by manipulating prices in the marketplace has been published. Two separate data lists specify which information will be made public.
