Pınar Milk and Foundation Assets Rental borrowing instruments start to operate in Istanbul
The Borsa Istanbul, Pınar Süt Mamulleri Sanayii A.Ş. (PNSUT) issued a bond of nominal value of 50 million TL and a rental certificate of nominal value of 680 million TL issued by the Foundation Assets Leasing A.Ş. (WAKVK) issued by the Borsa Istanbul, Pınar Süt Mamulleri Sanayii A.Ş. (PNSUT) on 30 September 2026 announced that the Borrowing Vehicles Market will begin to operate on the Certain Purchasing Sales Market. Both vehicles were issued without qualified investment borrowing.
What does it mean?
Pınar Süt's 50 million TL bonus and the 680 million TL lease certificate of the Foundation Assets Rental can be purchased and sold at the Stock Exchange Istanbul from 30 September 2026.
