Changes in the regulation on the taxation periods for non-residential tax sales
The Ministry has gained the power to set taxation periods and to place additional restrictions on the sale of taxed goods and services outside of housing.
What does it mean?
The time limits applicable when shopping at a store with a tax may now be subject to rules set by the authority. This change applies to taxed purchases outside the home.
