Red Bull GYO's ruling on Phase 3 building permits in Marmaris is confirmed
The decision of the Muğla 2nd Administrative Court regarding the dismissal of 25 construction permits for the 3rd Stage of the project in Marmaris was confirmed in favour of the company in the appeal examination conducted by the Izmir 3rd Administrative Court.
What does it mean?
With this development, 25 previously cancelled building permits for Stage 3 of the project in Marmaris became legally valid; the company will be able to continue construction activities from where it has remained.
Who is affected?
Invited to participate in the project, the shareholders (investors, construction contractors, the municipality concerned) and the 3rd Staff of the project in Marmaris.

At first, the court decision cancelled the construction permits, but now the appeal has been decided.
