Kervan Gıda registers its merger with Uçantay Gıda, a 100 percent subsidiary
Kervan Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. merged with Uçantay Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., in which it holds 100 percent, by acquiring it through the simplified procedure. The merger was registered and announced by the Istanbul Trade Registry Directorate on 20.10.2026. The CMB (SPK) approved the merger on 16.09.2026; because of the merger, capital did not change and remains 2.160.000.000 TL.
