Kalyon Güneş bought back its own shares with a nominal value of 87.000 TL on 20 October

Kalyon Güneş Teknolojileri Üretim A.Ş., under a share buyback program launched by a Board of Directors resolution dated 19 October 2026, bought back KLYPV Group B shares with a nominal value of 87.000 TL on Borsa Istanbul on 20 October 2026. Purchases were made at prices per share between 45,50 and 47,00 TL, at an average price of 46,525 TL. The company reported that, together with the purchases made on 09 December 2025, the total nominal value of the shares it holds is 3.840.472 TL, and its ratio to capital is 0,835 percent.
