Japan Marks November as Eco-Drive Promotion Month
Japan's National Police Agency, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and Ministry of the Environment, through the Eco-Drive Promotion Liaison Council, have designated November as Eco-Drive Promotion Month. During the holiday driving season, the council plans symposiums and nationwide events to encourage fuel-efficient, lower-emission driving.
