Italy's Official Gazette lists new EU acts, including an update to ISIL and Al-Qaeda sanctions

The Italian Official Gazette's special EU series for 29 October 2026 is a table of contents listing several EU acts published in late August 2026. Among them is a 360th update to the EU sanctions list targeting ISIL and Al-Qaeda linked persons and entities. The other items cover a trade-related investment committee decision with Angola, a participation committee decision under the EU-UK trade agreement, a delegated regulation on product assessment, a UN child car seat regulation, and an implementing rule on proof of metal origin for importers.

What does it mean?

This is only a list of EU rules that Italy's official gazette has published. One of them updates the sanctions list that freezes money and blocks dealings with people linked to ISIL and Al-Qaeda. The rest mostly affect businesses, importers and car makers, and the full text is on the official site.

Who is affected?

People and groups on the EU sanctions list, and businesses that import goods or make and sell car child seats.
