Italy publishes biennial review of pension contribution conversion coefficients
Italy's Ministry of Labour and Social Policies has published a notice in the Official Gazette on 29 October 2026 about its biennial review of the coefficients used to turn a contribution balance into a pension. The text available here gives no new coefficient values or other figures.
What does it mean?
In Italy, the amount of pension a worker gets from years of paid contributions depends on a set of conversion rules. Every two years the government reviews those rules, and this notice announces that review was published in the Official Gazette. The text we have does not show what the new rules are.
