IC Enterra has received SPK approval for export of 500 million dollars of borrowing vehicle
IC Enterra Renewable Energy A.S. applied to the Capital Market Board for authorization to issue a borrowing vehicle for sale abroad in excess of US$500 million or in a transactional amount by decision of the board of directors on September 1, 2026. SPK approved the application on October 16, 2026. This is a ceiling of the highest amount the company can issue; no export has been reported to have occurred.

The company has obtained up to $500 million upper limit to sell debt securities to foreign investors, which is valid until October 16, 2027.
