The Sage Corporate Governance and Credit Rating Services A.S., Hürriyet Journalism and Printing A.S. determined the conformity rating to the principles of corporate governance as 9.47. The note is composed of four main sections: Shareholders (weight 25%, 95,26), Public Enlightenment and Transparency (weight 25%, 99,43), Benefit Owners (weight 15%, 86,42) and Board of Directors (weight 35%, 94,45).
