Haver Farma decides on a 1 billion TL lease certificate issuance
The Board of Directors of Haver Farma İlaç A.Ş. decided to issue lease certificates with a nominal value of up to 1.000.000.000 TL through GY Varlık Kiralama A.Ş. Gedik Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. was authorized for sales and brokerage transactions. The Board also decided to apply to the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (SPK) and other relevant authorities.
What does it mean?
The company will be able to sell debt instruments in one or several rounds, totaling up to 1 billion TL. The sale will be made only to qualified investors and on a private placement basis.
