Garanti Investment's export of warrant up to TL 500 million passed SPK approval
Garanti Investments Menkul Kıymetler A.Ş. reported that the Capital Market Board approved its application to export the warrant of an investment institution up to 500 million Turkish Liras within a year on 22.04.2026.
What does it mean?
The company will be able to sell warrants for a maximum amount of TL 500 million for a year; the first of these sales is the approved document for the seventh order.
