ENERYA ENERJİ A.Ş. bought back a total of 99.315 shares on 20 October 2026 on Borsa Istanbul, at prices per share ranging from 14,04 to 14,05 TL, with a weighted average price of 14,045 TL. The buyback is part of a program launched under the Board of Directors resolution dated 17 September 2026. The company states that through the buyback it aims to contribute to the stable formation of the share price in line with its real value.
