EKT completes sale of 100 million TL nominal lease certificates
Emlak Katılım Varlık Kiralama A.Ş. reported that the sale of the lease certificate with ISIN code TRDEVKS127C8 to qualified investors was completed on 20.10.2026. The nominal amount sold was 100.000.000. The certificate is based on a management agreement and matures on 19.01.2027; the annual simple return rate is 34,75 percent. The lease certificate is a sukuk-like, profit-share-paying debt instrument.
