President Erdoğan spoke by telephone with Azerbaijani President Aliyev on Memorial Day
President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan held a telephone meeting with President Ilham Aliyev on September 28, 2026. During the meeting, Erdoğan celebrated Azerbaijan's 'Day of Remembrance' (the day of commemoration of the martyrs of the Karabakh War) and swore the martyrs with mercy.
