ATP Capital signs additional protocol to raise its stake in Menulux to 15 percent
ATP Capital, a subsidiary of ATP Yazılım, to raise its stake in Menulux Yazılım from 10 percent to 15 percent, signed an Additional Protocol on 20.10.2026 with Menulux and its existing Group A shareholders. Under the protocol, ATP Capital will make an additional investment of 13.142.223 TL in Menulux through a share capital increase with share premium. Completion of this investment depends on the terms of the Additional Protocol and the capital increase procedures.
What does it mean?
Once the capital increase is completed, ATP Capital will hold 15 percent of Menulux; the stake that can be acquired under the additional purchase option tied to 2027 performance has been updated from 70 percent to 65 percent.
What changes?
Previously, ATP Capital's stake in Menulux was 10 percent, and the stake that could be acquired under the additional purchase option had been set at 70 percent; now, once the additional investment is completed, the stake will reach 15 percent and the rate under the option has been revised to 65 percent.
