Construction Continues on Ankara-Samsun High-Speed Rail Line; Travel Time Will Fall to 2,5 Hours
Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu described work on the Ankara-Kırıkkale-Çorum-Samsun high-speed rail line's Delice-Çorum section. When the line is finished, travel from Ankara to Samsun will take 2,5 hours, and travel from Ankara to Çorum will take 1 hours and 20 minutes. According to the minister, overall progress is over 40 percent.

The trip between Ankara and Samsun will be much shorter than it is today once the line is complete. Construction of the line is still ongoing.
