Anatolian city of Ephesus has been approved by the SPK for export of borrowing vehicles
Anatolian Ephesus Brewery and Malt Industry A.S. had applied to the Capital Markets Board (SPK) for the export of the borrowing vehicle it planned to make domestically. SPK approved the export document by its decision of 16 October 2026 and 71/1826 and the approval was published in the SPK's Weekly Bulletin of 2026/70.
What does it mean?
The company has obtained the necessary official approval to sell domestically the loan vehicle; the export document is no longer in force and is no longer a legal barrier to sale.
