# Nedion Terms of Use and End User Licence Agreement (EULA)

By downloading the Nedion app (the "App"), using nedion.org (the "Site") or
accessing the Nedion API you accept these terms. If you do not accept them,
do not use the Service. The version you accept and the time of acceptance
are recorded when you create an account.

## 1. The Service

Nedion collects the public publications of official bodies (decisions,
communiqués, announcements, market disclosures), screens them with AI for
importance, turns them into short news cards, translates them into Turkish,
English and Spanish, and presents them. Every card links to the source's own
publication. Nedion is not a news agency, a regulator or a financial adviser;
**it is a summary of, and a signpost to, the official source.**

Parts of the Service are available without an account, parts with an
account, and parts with a Premium subscription (Section 6).

## 2. Account

- An account is opened with an e-mail address; there is no password — a
  one-time code is sent to your e-mail at every sign-in. You are responsible
  for the security of your e-mail account.
- You must be at least 16 years old to open an account.
- One person uses one account. You may not transfer or share your account.
- You can see your open sessions in Settings and sign out any device.
- You can delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → *Delete
  account*; deletion is confirmed by an e-mailed code and cannot be undone.

## 3. Content and limitation of liability

**3.1 The source text governs.** Every card on Nedion is an AI-prepared
summary of the source's publication. A summary may be wrong, incomplete or
late. Before acting on anything, read **the official text itself** via the
link under the card.

**3.2 Not advice.** Nothing on Nedion — cards, translations, importance
scores, "What does it mean?" sentences, company analyses, assistant answers
— is investment, legal, tax, medical or any other professional advice. Your
investment decisions are yours alone. 7StockApp OÜ is not a licensed
investment adviser.

**3.3 AI output.** Importance scores, summaries, translations and assistant
answers are generated automatically. We check them to a reasonable degree
but do not guarantee they are error-free. The assistant answers only on the basis of
news on Nedion and shows the news each answer relies on; where it cannot, it
says so.

**3.4 Timing.** Sources are polled at intervals; a publication may take
minutes or hours to appear on Nedion. Do not rely on Nedion for
time-critical decisions.

**3.5 Liability.** To the maximum extent permitted by law, 7StockApp OÜ is
not liable for indirect, incidental or punitive damages, loss of profit or
investment loss arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
Mandatory rights under the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (võlaõigusseadus)
and EU consumer law, and liability for intent and gross negligence, cannot
be limited by this clause; mandatory consumer law of the country you live in
also remains unaffected.

## 4. Acceptable use

You may not:

- bulk-download, scrape or republish the Service or its content by automated
  means (for business access, see the API Service Agreement);
- post comments that are unlawful, defamatory, disclose personal data, give
  misleading financial direction, or are spam;
- impersonate anyone, or manipulate likes or reports with multiple accounts;
- attempt to circumvent the sign-in code system, rate limits or security
  controls;
- use the assistant in a way designed to push it past its limits.

We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or close the
account. You can appeal a moderation decision at info@7stock.app.

## 5. Community content

You own the comments you write. By posting a comment you grant 7StockApp OÜ
a worldwide, royalty-free, non-sublicensable licence to display it within
the Service. If you delete the comment the licence ends; a deleted comment is
kept briefly as a moderation record and then purged. Comments may be
moderated before or after publication.

## 6. Nedion Premium

**6.1 Scope.** A Premium subscription unlocks a higher daily question
allowance in the assistant, company analyses and the features marked
Premium in the app. Free-tier limits are shown in the app and may change.

**6.2 Purchase.** Subscriptions are sold only through the Apple App Store or
Google Play, using the payment method on your store account. Price, currency
and tax are as shown by the store at the time of purchase.

**6.3 Automatic renewal.** Unless you cancel, the subscription renews at the
end of the chosen period (monthly / annual) for the same period at the price
then in force. The renewal charge is taken from your store account no later
than 24 hours before the period ends.

**6.4 Cancellation.** Cancel in your store subscriptions: on iOS, Settings →
[your name] → Subscriptions → Nedion → *Cancel Subscription*; on Android,
Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Nedion →
*Cancel*. Deleting the app or deleting your Nedion account **does not cancel
the subscription**; unless you cancel in the store, charges continue, and the
account deletion screen reminds you of this. Cancellation takes effect at the
end of the paid period; Premium stays on until then, and there is no partial
refund for the remaining time.

**6.5 Refunds and right of withdrawal.** Refund requests go to the store (for
Apple, reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google, the Play help centre); the
decision is the store's, since Nedion does not see the payment and cannot
refund directly. Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83 and § 56 of
the Estonian Law of Obligations Act you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for
digital services; by expressly agreeing on the purchase screen that the
service starts within that period, you accept paying for the part used.
Outside the EU the mandatory rules of your country apply. For an outage on
our side (for example Premium features unavailable for an extended time),
write to info@7stock.app; we direct you to the store refund route and, where
needed, confirm the request to the store ourselves.

**6.6 Price changes.** We announce price changes in advance under the store's
rules (on iOS your explicit consent is usually requested); if you do not
accept, the subscription ends at the end of the period.

**6.7 When the subscription ends.** Your account, data and free features stay
as they are; only Premium features switch off. Your assistant chat history is
not deleted. Prices vary by country, currency and tax; the binding amount is
what the store shows at the time of purchase. Where this section conflicts
with the store's rules, the store's rules prevail, because payment runs
through their systems.

## 7. Intellectual property

The App, the Site, their design, code and brand, and the summaries,
translations and scores Nedion produces belong to 7StockApp OÜ. Source
institutions' publications belong to their owners; Nedion links to them and
produces short summaries. You are granted a limited, non-transferable,
revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Requests from source sites and rights holders are handled under the
*Copyright and Takedown Policy*.

## 8. Third-party services

The Service relies on Apple and Google (app stores, push notifications) and
on the service providers described in the Privacy Policy. Their own terms
apply to their own services. Links to source
institutions' sites are subject to those sites' terms.

## 9. Availability and changes

The Service is provided "as is"; we do not promise it will be uninterrupted.
We may add, change or remove features. Before discontinuing the Service
entirely we give at least 30 days' notice in the app and point to the store
refund route for any paid period that can no longer be used.

## 10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms without prior
notice. You may delete your account at any time. Termination does not affect
rights that have already arisen, nor Sections 3, 5, 7 and 12.

## 11. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we update the version and date. For changes that
materially affect your account, the app asks you to accept the new version.
If you do not accept, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

## 12. Governing law and disputes

This agreement is governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia; the
competent court is Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus, Tallinn). As a
consumer you keep the mandatory consumer-law rights of the EU country you
live in and the right to bring proceedings before your own courts (Brussels
I bis Regulation). Consumers in the EU may apply to the Estonian Consumer
Disputes Committee (Tarbijavaidluste komisjon, www.ttja.ee) and the European
Commission's online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
Consumers outside the EU keep the mandatory consumer law of their own
country. Please write to info@7stock.app first; most issues are resolved
there.

## 13. Apple and Google terms

This agreement is between you and 7StockApp OÜ; Apple Inc. and Google LLC
are not parties and have no maintenance, support, warranty or claims
obligations for the Service. Apple and Google are third-party beneficiaries
of this agreement and may enforce it against you. You may use the App only
on devices permitted by the store's rules.

## 14. Governing language

This agreement is written in English. Turkish and Spanish translations are
provided for convenience only; if a translation differs from the English
text, the English text prevails.
